People have been running to health shops and hospitals to look for a remedy to end this disease or infection called eczema!!, forgetting that there are natural ways to cure this infection.. There are various ways of getting rid of this disease. But the natural remedies are the best way of getting rid of this horrible disease. Eczema can be both dry and wet in nature. The disease type depends on the health condition of the individual. Battling eczema is not an easy task. Constant irritation and inflammation are the two most common symptoms of eczema. Eczema can happen to people of all age groups. From infants to elderly people, eczema can attack any one. The process of getting rid of this disease is similar for everyone.
Apart from the oral medication prescribed by doctors, the natural remedies are considered to be the best way of getting rid of this disease. Medicines can treat eczema externally but the natural cures help to prevent the disease both internally and externally. Restoring the skin to its original state is only possible with the help of natural remedies. How to get rid of eczema in children and adult is a recurring question. Before getting to know more about the natural treatment of eczema it is essential to know about the triggers that can be the cause of eczema. Food allergies are a common cause of eczema. Apart from that chemical contact, stress, heredity, lack of fatty acids in the body and a fragile immune system are common causes of eczema.
Fighting eczema with natural remedies is easy and very effective. If you want complete cure from eczema then natural treatment is the most preferred option. Body detoxification is the first step to get rid of eczema. Eight glasses of water a day is a must for the human body. Water relieves you from all kinds of toxins and impurities in the body. Foods containing omega-3 fatty acids have to be eaten in plenty. Fish like herring, sardines, mackerel and salmon are some of the most fat-rich cold water fish. Taking such food thrice a week is a good way of fighting dry skin and also helps you to avoid eczema. Regular exercise is a wonderful way of checking eczema. Exercise increases the oxygen supply in the body. Eating supplements like probiotic yoghurt is another good way of keeping eczema away from your body. Probiotic foods are rich in good bacteria that encourage useful bacteria growth in the body

Quitting Smoking Was Easy

If you think quitting smoking the easy way is impossible, you've been lied to. It's not the only lie you've been told.

Cravings are a myth. Weight gain is a myth. Stress is a myth. These are all rumors and figments of your imagination.

Are these lies? Yes, just like the tobacco industry lied to you to get you hooked. They made you believe that smoking cigarettes is a natural and pleasurable thing to do. You remember those days - you saw the ads, you watched movie idols lighting up, you watched 'grown ups' inhale and smile with satisfaction, and you thought it was cool, mature. It was the thing to do.

Fact is, smoking is not natural. That's why when you first started smoking, your body tried everything to block that damaging smoke from entering your lungs. You coughed, you gagged, you might have felt dizzy. Today you still cough, perhaps gag through fits of coughing to get rid of the tar and nicotine that's blocking your airway.

You've heard these lies too:

"Nicotine is addictive." A great crutch to stay hooked, but not exactly true. Surprised? Actually, it is addictive, but it's not as addictive as you've been led to believe. It's not so much the nicotine that you're addicted to. It's other ingredients that have been added to the tobacco to make you crave more. Another way the Industry has deceived you.

"It's hard to quit." "You'll never quit." "I can't quit." Not true. Not true. Not true.

Your only restrictions are what you believe. Belief can make things easy and simple. This is true.

If you think quitting is hard and you'll never quit, then you won't. This is true.

If you believe quitting smoking the easy way is a myth, you would be wrong. It is possible. And it is easy. Quitting smoking the easy way is very possible. In fact, you can quit smoking in a short three weeks without cravings, patches, gum, pills, excessive exercise or special diets.

Your first challenge is to make yourself believe it's possible - that there is an easy way to quitting. Smoking doesn't have to rule your life, and quitting smoking doesn't have to be difficult or take a long time.

Want the best tip on quitting smoking?

Make yourself believe you can quit. It all starts with your mindset. Believe you can quit and you will succeed.

Don't focus on the negatives of quitting smoking. They are only as important as you make them. Rather, focus on the positives of quitting. Need a refresher?

Easier breathing
Better tasting food
Clearer complexion
Fresh smelling clothes, home and car
More energy
Clearer mind

And there are other benefits you might not have considered but that are common among people who have succeeded in quitting smoking.

Uplifted feeling
Improved self esteem
Regain control over your life
Feeling happier

And, of course, no more hassles from your loved ones about your smoking and what it's doing to your health. No more restrictions regarding your habit. Want more benefits of quitting smoking?

Reduced chance of developing cancer
Reduced chance of heart problems
Reduced or eliminated chance of developing emphysema

If you're still not convinced, consider this. Damage already done can be reversed if you quit smoking now. Within the first year of your quitting smoking the easy way, 50% of the damage will be repaired regardless of how long you've been smoking. If you wait, however, more damage will be caused and the harder it will be for your body to recover. In fact, if you continue to smoke you can cause so much damage to your body that it will be too late. Once cancer is established, once heart disease sets in, it's extremely difficult to recover. The treatment itself can be unbearable. And don't think that it's already too late. You are probably wrong so why continue your risky behavior? Convinced yet?

Consider this. If you don't quit, it's all but guaranteed you will develop a life-threatening disease. It is proven that 90% of lung cancer occurs in people who have smoked. And today's research shows that second-hand smoke does, in fact, cause lung cancer in non-smokers. Do you want to put your family and friends at risk?

Also consider that after 15 years of not smoking, your risk of heart disease drops to the level of people who have never smoked.

What are you waiting for? Quitting smoking the easy way has never been... easier!

Here's an excellent program that has a proven track record with a 90% success rate. Developed by a 2-pack-a-day man who quit smoking after 39 years, it's guarantee is unbeatable. Quit smoking, guaranteed, or get a refund.

Oh. And those myths I told you above earlier - cravings, weight gain, stress - really are myths with this program.

TIPS IN APPLYING BLUSH/ROUGE

1.Choose your blush type.-Powder and gel blushes are good for oily skin; cream is best for normal to dry skin whichever type you choose, its shade should match your natural coloring.

2.Apply blush last- If you’re planning to wear full makeup, don’t apply blush until the rest of your face is complete

3.Prepare- If you’re using a powder sweep a medium-sized fluffy brush through the blush and then tap it to remove any excess. If you’re using a cream or gel, dab a little on your ring finger.

4.Do a fish face, and apply the blush. This helps you find the apple of your cheeks. Don't smile that brings your cheeks up and can make your blush too low

5.Apply the blush to the center of the apple on one side of your face, blending the color along your cheekbone( If you accidentally apply too much powdered blush, cover it with translucent powder to tame the color)

6.substituting eyeshadow for blush sometimes may jst look distructing..especially if the eyeshadow has glitters

TIPS ON HOW TO STOP BITING NAILS

1.Set a start day. Choose a day to stop biting your nails. Also, try on Monday saying, " My thumb is off limits today." That whole day, don't bite your thumbnails . On Tuesday do this with a different finger and on

2.Visualize yourself with strong, healthy nails, and how great they will look. It may help to get a manicure as you start off your nail biting-free days, so that you actually have great nails to look at.

3.Try painting your nails a bright color so you can notice when you're biting them. Alternatively, buffer your nails and/or paint them in a nice light color or clear nail polish. You might feel bad to bite them. You could also try getting your nails professionally manicured.

4.Chew something. Chewing gum helps focus your mouth on something other than your nails.

5.Eat calcium and magnesium rich foods so that your nails will repair and grow well. Not only that, but most of the reason that the human body wants to bite nails is a lack of calcium and magnesium in the body. The body needs that material back.

6.Push your cuticles back. Many nail-biters do not have "moons" on the base of their fingernails because their cuticles have not been pushed back. To do this, gently push your cuticles towards your finger to reveal more of your nail. This is easier to do after a shower when your hands and nails are wet. This makes the nail appear longer, and it gives a more attractive shape, which might also be a motivation to stop biting.

7.Find a habit to take the place of nail biting. Whenever you have the urge to bite, do that instead. Some people like to drum their fingers, twiddle their thumbs, clasp their hands, put their hands in their pockets, or just stare at their hands. Just make sure it's not a bad habit; choose a helpful one or one that doesn't really matter either way.

8.Distract your mouth. Eat carrot sticks to keep you busy. Keep a stick of gum handy for those weak moments.

9.Distract your hands by taking up a hobby. A hobby to distract your hands might be making models or maintaining your house, knitting or crochet, running or other outside pursuits, or even nail care and decoration. For those whose nail biting is obsessive/compulsive it may help to approach your hobby obsessively. Carry a rubber band, penny, or something else to hold in your hands. Play with that constantly in place of biting your nails

10.Cover your nails.fit artificial nails. For guys, polish them and apply some shine/growth promoter or petroleum jelly. It's harder to bite nails that are looking great. Black nail polish is great for this use to prevent you from biting your nails, as it looks really nice when maintained, and will make you want to keep them perfect, because black nail polish looks very bad when chipped.

11.Keep gloves in your back pocket and wear them when you want to bite.

12.Show off your improved nails, and get much-needed encouragement and praise from your peers.

13.Be proud of your improving nails. They will shine with beauty.

14.Go for a manicure, and chat with the manicurist about having great nails.

How to Lighten Dark Upper Lip Color Using Natural Home Remedy

Bright, naturally pink lips signify youth and beauty. Many young children are blessed with naturally rosy lips and over time the lips may darken. To lighten a dark upper-lip color using natural home remedies, you must first look at your overall diet. Coffee, tea, red wine and smoking can cause the darkening of the upper lip. Also, lipstick residues cause lips to darken or look stained. Once you remove these issues, try some simple natural home remedies to brighten your lip

Things You'll Need
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. lime juice
Cup
1 tbsp. double cream
3 saffron strands
1 cup cilantro
Blender
Fine sieve
Cotton balls
2 glass containers
2 cup grated carrots
Lip exfoliator
1 tsp. almond oil
Shea butter

Instructions
1
Pour 1 tbsp. honey and 2 tbsp. lime juice into a cup and stir it well. Spread the mixture over the lip everyday for about four days to naturally lighten your upper lip color. Be sure to leave the mixture on the lip for at least 30 minutes.

2
Mix together 1 tbsp. double cream and three saffron strands into a cup. Apply it to your dark upper lip every day for one month. Allow the cream mixture to dry naturally on the lip and it should lighten it.

3
Blend 1 cup cilantro with a small amount of water in a blender. Strain the juice out of the cilantro with a fine sieve. Dip a cotton ball in the juice and spread the juice over the upper lip each night before bed for approximately 15 days. Store leftover juice in a glass container.

4
Blend 2 cups of grated carrots in a blender and strain with a fine sieve to retain the juice. Dip a cotton ball into the juice to spread it over the lip daily, and allow the juice to dry naturally onto the lips. It should lighten the area. Keep the juice in a glass container.

5
Exfoliate your lips with a lip exfoliator and then apply 1 tsp. almond oil. Let the almond oil sit on your lips for at least an hour. Do this every day for several weeks.

6
Spread shea butter over your upper lip every night before bed to retain the moisture in your lips. If you do not have shea butter, choose a lip balm with shea butter as its main ingredient.

Hair, Skin & Nails! 12 Beauty Tips You Should Know

Tip 1: Getting rid of shaving redness or irritation
Shaving sometimes comes with bumps or redness which could lead to a lot of discomfort. To prevent your skin from suffering post-shave irritation, before shaving stand under running warm water in the shower for a few minutes. This process helps open up the skin’s pores making hair follicles come out easier.

Tip 2: Picking the right foundation or concealer for your skin tone
When testing for foundation or concealer colors we sometimes need to wipe it on our skin to know if it’s a match. We don’t always get it right. A quick way to nailing it is to swipe a sample of the product on the skin close to the jawline or specifically on the chin. This allows a close up comparison between the shade you’re testing out and the color of the skin on your neck so you can have a more blended look when you make up.

Tip 3: Getting fuller/bigger looking lips
Use a neutral toned lip liner to line your lip higher than your natural lip line and apply lipstick using the drawn lip line as a guide. This gives the illusion of a bigger lip therefore making it look fuller. However be careful not to make the line too far back so your face doesn’t have a disproportionate look.

Tip 4: Skipping pedicures
Not everyone likes getting pedicures done. To skip a few sessions use a pumice stone to scrub your feet. The grain of the stone takes off old and dead skin leaving the feet  looking clean and refreshed. After this, dry off the feet and moisturize to give them a natural supple look.

Tip 5: Getting softer skin
To maintain the moisturized look and feel of your skin apply a skin moisturizer immediately you step out of the shower or pool. Showering usually washes away the natural oils of the skin leaving the skin looking dry and dehydrated; the moisturizer replaces them giving it back its vibrant glow.

Tip 6: Drying out pimples
I know this might sound crazy but it works. To dry out pimples apply a small amount of toothpaste to the affected area and leave in for about 15 mins, wash off and towel dry.

Tip 7: Reducing grease on your scalp
If you have a very greasy scalp avoid applying hair lotions to the full length of your hair or on the scalp directly. Instead of this apply it to the tips of the hair strands.

Tip 8: Painting neat nails
It took a while for me to understand the art of painting my nails without smudging the corners but I finally got the hang of it. To get smudge-free nails is pretty simple: paint your nails as you normally would and apply a top coat or nail hardener to the part you intentionally painted and smudged mistakenly. When you’re done immediately clean off the smudge leaving only the nail panel painted.

Tip 9: Buying beauty products
When buying beauty products be sure you are aware of the types of chemicals used in making them. Conduct a proper research of its contents before using and stick to one or two products as opposed to changing them constantly.

Tip 10: Changing your beauty routine
Using the same type of lotion or make up for different weather conditions is bad for the skin. With weather change the beauty products should change as well. In the harmattan season, you should use more products that give moisture while in the summer apply lotions with high SPF to keep your skin healthy all year long.
NOTE: Lotions that have SPF15 are generally for light or normal weather. For more harsh weather try a SPF 20 or SPF 50.

Tip 11: Refreshing beauty products
Try to change your beauty products regularly. Old products like mascaras and lip glosses outlive their validity without you knowing and could start to affect your skin. Changing your products prevents your skin from breaking out and possibly having other irritations.

Tip 12: Reviving old nail polish
Are you stuck with old polish? Instead of throwing it away and getting a new one, just put it in the fridge. The cold from the fridge breaks any molding the polish may have from being stale and a few hours in the fridge keeps the polish smooth and gives you an easy finish. Just make sure kids don’t think it’s a lolly.

Beauty tips for Pimples (Acne)

Some Don’ts:

Wash your hands frequently and try not to touch your face too often.

Keep your hair from falling on the face or forehead.

Avoid the use of make-up; try to let the pores breathe.

Don’t squeeze or pinch the pimples as the membrane gets ruptured and causes the sebum and bacteria spread.

Don’t wash your face more than twice because the more we wash the sebaceous glands become more active and produce more sebum.

Remedies:

Instead of soap use powder made from dried orange peels or use a paste of fresh orange or lemon peels.

Apply fresh Aloe Vera gel on the pimples, it will soothe and heal the pimples.

Apple cider is extremely powerful cure to clear the pimple scars as well as pimples. Mix ½ teaspoon in a cup of water. Apply gently on the entire affected area with cotton wool and leave overnight.

Garlic is an excellent cure for acne - A freshly sliced pod can be gently applied on the pimple or a juice of garlic can be used, and left on for at least ½ hour. Although this stinks it is a pretty effective method.

Using raw papaya is a splendid method; grated papaya can be squeezed through a muslin cloth and the juice can be used. The enzyme papain is very suitable.

The juice of mint leaves applied overnight for 2 weeks constantly will clear acne.

A blend of honey and limejuice can prove to help with constant usage.

Change your pillow cover every day so that the infection has no way of getting back to you.

Gently apply some ice on your face after a warm water bath so that the pores close.

These remedies can be used for pimples and acne on the face, neck and shoulders.

Women do get pimples with their menstrual cycles, which fade away on their own. Sometimes people inherit this dreaded ailment
